I love that they are made from nearly all repurposed materials - junk lampshades, twigs, and a vintage "Twas the Night Before Christmas" book (it was ruined before I got it, so I just cut the stars from the parts that weren't colored on).

Holiday Pretties (Louisiana Bound)
I pulled it off! The house is a wreck, but I managed to get four lampshade mobiles (and one bonus star) finished in time to send home with my aunt. She has a booth at a flea market in Shreveport, and she said that if I made them, she'd sell them. So here they are! (...in random order because my blogger app is not cooperating...)
